Return & Refund Policy

At Pranved, we want you to have complete confidence when shopping for our Ayurvedic wellness products. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent Return & Refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged, leaked, or broken
  • You received an expired or near-expiry item
  • Your order arrived incomplete
2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, please note:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact
  • Clear photos of the product & packaging are required
3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety & hygiene, these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Consumables with broken or removed seals
  • Products mishandled after delivery
4. Refund Eligibility

A refund is issued only under the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product delivered
  • Quality-related issues verified by our support team
5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number, photos, and issue description
  • Our team will review and approve your refund if valid

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Replacement Policy

If your issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. For COD orders, refusal at delivery may restrict future COD access.

8. Important Notes
  • Returns due to personal dislike, taste preference, or change of mind are not accepted
  • We reserve the right to verify claims before issuing refunds
  • False or repeated refund requests may lead to account restrictions
